Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients by assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.

Contribute ideas to improve customer support processes and service quality.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Passion for technology and problem-solving abilities.
