Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. This role involves providing comprehensive customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries, claims, policy information, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and empathetic support to Italian-speaking customers regarding insurance products, claims handling, and policy details via phone, email, and chat.
Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case follow-ups using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases and escalate when necessary.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations,



and company policies.
Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
