Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
Accurately classify content and make informed moderation decisions based on established guidelines.
Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content, escalating when necessary.
Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation practices.




Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and uphold quality standards.
Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation and community safety.
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying moderation guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is beneficial.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
