Your mission:
You will support our ISMS and IT Security team in embedding information security, governance, and compliance across the organization. Rather than working purely conceptually, you will be closely involved in daily operations and gain hands?on experience with key security and regulatory topics. Your responsibilities include:
Support the operation and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC *****
Assist with risk assessments, follow up on security measures, and help maintain relevant documentation
Participate in security, compliance, and other reviews together with experienced team members
Support the team in addressing regulatory requirements such as NIS2, GDPR, the Cyber Resilience Act, and the EU AI Act
Contribute to the creation and improvement of policies, processes, and templates
Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external audits and reviews
Work closely with colleagues from IT, HR, management, and other business partners
Your profile:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in IT Security, Cyber Security, or Information Security (from the 5th bachelor semester onwards)
Strong interest in IT security, governance, data protection, and regulatory matters
First practical experience or basic knowledge in information security or compliance is an advantage
Structured, accurate, and reliable working style
Very good command of English (written and spoken) and Good German skills (written and spoken) are a plus
High motivation to learn, develop professionally, and gradually take on more responsibility

full-time, 38 hours / week > 20 hrs
We offer a compensation package at € 18,450 gross/year on a tempo parziale basis (20 hours/week).
