You will own HubSpot day-to-day, translate pipeline data into actionable forecasts, and ensure subscription and usage-based revenue is tracked from deal to invoice.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success in a hybrid setup based in Milan.
The role blends ops ownership with analytics, BI, and enablement to drive revenue growth.
