Main Responsibilities:
Supporting the Operations Manager in process activity;
Assuring highest care about People management;
Driving high performances;
Contributing Continuous Improvement Projects;
Driving the Team to find new ways to increase quality and profit of the site;
Keeping aligned SLA and KPIs;
Maintaining safety and security high level;
Coaching for his First Line Management Team.
What we need from you:
At least 4 years of experience of Blue Collars direct management;
Strong leadership attitude;
Excellent data collection and analysis skills;
Flexibility and team player attitude
