In your role as Industrial Engineer, you will lead key production projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines.

Continui a leggere per scoprirlo e invii la sua candidatura.Key Responsibilities:Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities with a view to continuous improvementParticipation in the implementation of investments aimed at creating new production islands and linesManagement of BOM, MES system and the manufaturing plant mold poolImplementation of the manufacturing plant energy management system and identification of decarbonization activities as part of the Road to 100 Ariston program:RequirementsDegree in mechanical engineering or similar5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sectorFluency in Italian and EnglishThe ideal candidate is distinguished by strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating autonomy, flexibility, teamwork aptitude, analytical thinking, problem?solving ability, and effective priority management.
You thrive in a challenging and fast?paced environment and bring the leadership capabilities needed to collaborate with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contract manufacturers.
