ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader in Lombardy to define verification strategies for broadband optical ICs, lead block and chip verification, and drive coverage closure. You will mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional debug activities in a high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate has a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of verification experience, proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM, and hands-on work with advanced CMOS nodes such as FinFET or FD-SOI.
