ph3Your tasks /h3 ul liCompany-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments /li liLead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits /li liDrive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures /li liEstablish analog design methodologies /li liLead technical reviews and sign-off decisions /li liMentor senior engineers and technical leaders /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liMSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering /li li15+ years analog IC design experience /li liBroadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage /li liPLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs /li liSignal integrity, noise,
