We are seeking a motivated System Administrator to drive performance, security, and stability across our IT infrastructure in a dynamic aviation environment.Se i requisiti e l'esperienza richiesti per questo lavoro corrispondono alle sue competenze, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente.ResponsibilitiesProvide I/II level technical support to usersManage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, network, M365)Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and core servicesMonitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performanceManage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper?V)Oversee network (VLAN, Wi?Fi, VPN, firewalls)Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readinessSupport IT projects and propose infrastructure improvementsManage hardware/software lifecycle, licenses,



and inventoryDeliver user training and documentationCollaborate with vendors and internal teamsEnsure compliance with company policies and regulationsQualificationsDegree in Computer Science or related field2–3+ years of experience as System Administrator or IT System EngineerStrong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environmentsExperience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper?V)Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VPNs)Hands?on xysqume experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ExchangeFamiliarity with cloud storage solutions and Windows OS environmentKnowledge of Citrix and scripting (PowerShell) is a plusStrong troubleshooting and problem?solving skillsAbility to work in a team and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to travelItalian nationality or a valid residence and working permission for Italy.
