We are looking for aHardware Developerto join ourProduct Care – Electronicsteam, in support ofmaintenance,improvementand development activities for our electronics product portfolio.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally, helpingto ensure the reliability and technical continuity of our products throughout their entire lifecycle.
You will play ahands-on rolein managing homologations, running validation tests, supporting certification activities, and resolving technical issues reported from the field.

As aHardware Developer– Product Care, you will be responsible for:
Managing technicalanddesign requestsfrom Product Management and Marketing teams
Sourcingandqualifying 2nd source componentsfollowing End of Life, shortage or cost-out objectives
Performinglaboratory testson components andvalidation testingon products (basic HW and SW functionality)
Supportingcertification activitiesby coordinating tests at internal and external laboratories,with a focus on EMCand safetyrequirements
Updating and maintaining project technical documentation(DFMEA, flammability analysis, Mean Time Between Failures, Useful Life, Cross Impact Analysis, etc.)
Analyzing issues reported by Service and Production teams
Supportingprototypingandpre-production activities, coordinating updates to line tests and related documentation
Academicbackground in electronics
Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, ability to readelectrical schematicsandhands-on use of bench instruments(oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator)
Familiarity withelectronic CAD tools(e. xysqume g. Altium, Zuken) andsimulation software(e.g. LTspice, PSpice)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel with shifting priorities
Strong analytical mindset and aproblem-solving attitude
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (internal and external)
Knowledge of PLM and/or ERP systems is a plus
