ams OSRAM in Lombardy, Italy seeks a Verification Leader to define verification strategies for broadband optical ICs. You will lead block- and chip-level verification, drive coverage closure, and mentor verification engineers in a high-frequency mixed-signal environment.
The ideal candidate has MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of verification experience with SystemVerilog/UVM, coverage-driven verification, and advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI).
