Ideal candidates are problem?solvers with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.Key SkillsAnalytical & structured problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication.Initiative and results orientation.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Full availability to travel.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Background & Experience1–3 years' strategy-consulting experience, ideally with a leading firm or high?performing boutique.MBA, Master's, or PhD in business, life?sciences, engineering, economics, or a closely related field.Life?sciences exposure (biopharma, med?tech, diagnostics) highly valued, but not essential.Adaptable self?starter who thrives in fast?moving, high?growth settings and stays motivated in uncertain situations.What We OfferCompetitive compensation – salary + performance premio, commensurate with experience.Dynamic, global work environment.Accelerated growth path – fast promotions backed by formal training and stretch assignments.
