ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer in Italy (Lombardia, Sondalo) to lead validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs. You will develop plans, characterize device performance across conditions, and drive root-cause analysis for silicon issues.
With 8+ years in semiconductor validation, you will guide measurements, correlate simulations with silicon data, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with design, verification, and manufacturing teams.
