For a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, we are looking for:

Supply Chain Manager
The role will oversee Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Supply and Logistics, ensuring business continuity, efficient material flows and high service levels within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, balancing demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory levels and material availability.
- Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring continuity and timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and services required by the site.
- Manage warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows and logistics activities.
- Optimize inventory levels, monitoring stock coverage, slow-moving materials and obsolescence.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Commercial functions to ensure an integrated and efficient supply chain.
- Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, service levels, costs and operational performance,



identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the team, fostering accountability, collaboration and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Profile

- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Solid experience in Supply Chain within manufacturing environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of planning, site purchasing, warehouse and logistics processes.
- Previous experience in managing and developing teams.
- Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and material flow optimization.
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.

Salary range: 70-80K
