Experienced - Cloud Infrastructure Architect - Next Hub Bari

We are looking for an experienced individual to join the Platform Development & Integration team at Deloitte Next Hub, who will work in Hybrid mode.

The Platform Development & Integration team supports clients in responding to business needs in terms of defining architectural solutions and developing Cloud Native applications. It operates agnostically on major Cloud providers, on different IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, SaaS, CaaS models, on major cloud paradigms (Dev Ops, CI/CD, Container).

Your Role

- Designing and implementing end-to-end Cloud infrastructure designs and application architectures, ensuring scalability and compliance with Security-by-Design principles, with a particular focus on solutions based on Kubernetes and container orchestration;
- Participating in migration, configuration, automation and system optimization activities, with particular attention to operational continuity, including the management of Kubernetes clusters, the implementation of disaster recovery and high availability strategies,



and the configuration of CI/CD pipelines;
- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Hub Actions, Azure Pipelines, AWS Code Pipeline and Jenkins for automating build, test and deployment processes;
- Developing infrastructural and operational automation scripts (bash, Power Shell, Python) to optimize system deployment and management processes;
- Acquiring and applying Cloud networking knowledge, including concepts of VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancing and network policies in Kubernetes environments;

What we offer

The expected remuneration for this position is between EUR 35,500 and EUR 44,000 gross per year for the Senior Consultant grade. Recruitment will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi.

The definition of specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile with respect to the requirements of the position.

Winning Requirements

- Three-year/specialist degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical/scientific disciplines
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, Cloud Watch, API Gateway, Step Functions) and Azure (Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Monitor, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure Container Apps)
- Practical experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), including design, configuration and management of Kubernetes clusters,



deployment and orchestration of containerized applications, and management of Kubernetes resources (pod, deployment, service, ingress)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code technologies and concepts (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Bicep) and knowledge of CI/CD concepts (Git Hub Actions, Azure Pipelines, AWS Code Pipeline, Jenkins)
- Good knowledge, written and spoken, of the English language
- Willingness to travel
- A plus: Kubernetes certifications, Cloud certifications, previous experience in consulting or system integration contexts, basic knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and practical applications in the Cloud and Dev Ops context
