This is a fully remote position , open to candidates based in Italy.

Role Title: Italian Audio Recording Expert

We are engaging Italian Audio Recording Experts to contribute to a customer's project focused on large-scale audio data creation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Produce and deliver clear, high-fidelity audio recordings in native Italian, adhering to detailed project specifications.
2. Utilize professional-grade audio equipment to achieve optimal sound quality and minimize background noise.
3. Follow provided scripts or prompts accurately while maintaining natural speech and intonation.
4. Submit sample recordings as part of the project’s initial evaluation process using your best recording setup.
5.



Collaborate with project managers and technical contacts via written and verbal communication to ensure deliverable quality and consistency.
6. Provide feedback on recording guidelines and suggest improvements based on your expertise.
7. Ensure timely completion and secure transfer of audio files according to project protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native proficiency in Italian, with impeccable diction and pronunciation.
2. Minimum of three years’ experience in professional audio recording or voice work.
3. Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard audio hardware and software.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and correspondence.
5. Ability to deliver polished samples using your own high-quality recording equipment.
6. Experience working with scripted audio projects, such as voiceover, narration, or dubbing.
7. Previous collaboration on media, tech, or linguistic data projects is a plus.
