**GROUPS & EVENTS INTERN**

Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern to join the Events Department.

**Main Responsibilities:**

+ Coordinate activities and manage the organization of events
+ Handle client relations by gathering information and specific requests
+ Support the planning and conceptualization of events
+ Research and allocate spaces to exhibitors
+ Collaborate with internal departments (F&B;, housekeeping, front office) to ensure efficient service
+ Carry out internal reporting activities
+ Prepare promotional and illustrative materials
+ Create and send service orders (BEO – Banquet Event Orders)

**Requirements:**

+ Precision, organization, and attention to detail
+ Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
+ **English** and **Italian** fluent proficiency
