In this role you will ensure compliance with Italian labor law and oversee employee relations and risk management. You will advise senior leaders and HR teams to align local regulations with Foundever’s global HR policies. You’ll lead complex casework, develop compliant policies, and liaise with authorities and external counsel. This position offers a strategic advisory role in a multinational setting and opportunities to shape labor compliance programs.Ensure compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirementsMonitor changes in employment law and advise leadership on impacts and actionsDevelop, review, and implement HR policies and documentation in line with legal requirementsLead and manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminationsProvide guidance on performance management to ensure legal soundness and consistencyServe as SME for sensitive cases to ensure fair treatment and risk mitigationAdvise senior leaders, HRBP, and operations on labor law and employee relations mattersSupport negotiations with works councils, unions,



or employee representativesLiaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as requiredIdentify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategiesSupport audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor complianceEnsure accurate documentation and records to support legal defensibilityDeliver training on labor law, employee relations, and best practices to managers and HR teamsPromote consistent and compliant application of HR policies across the organizationDegree xysqume in Law (mandatory)Specialization in Labor or Employment Law highly preferredMinimum 5–8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relationsStrong practical knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practicesExperience in multinational or matrixed organizations preferredBPO experience preferredexceptional verbal and written communicationinterpersonal skillshigh ethical standardslabor law expertisepolicy development and implementation#J-18808-Ljbffr
