In this role you will assist the Store Planning & Facility Manager in developing and maintaining Milan's retail and corporate spaces. You will contribute to new store openings, renovations, pop-up projects, and facility tasks for Milan offices, showroom, and Italian stores. You will ensure spaces are functional, efficient, and aligned with luxury aesthetic standards, working with internal teams, consultants, and external suppliers. This position offers exposure to end-to-end store projects in a luxury environment and cross-functional collaboration.Support management of new store opening projectsAssist renovation and touch-up projects for existing storesSupport opening of Temporary Stores, seasonal Pop Up Stores and CornersContribute to applying Concept Guidelines and aesthetic standardsCollaborate with internal teams, consultants and external suppliers, focusing on timing and costsCoordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing,
