Overview

As a Solution Designer / IT Integrator, you translate business objectives into scalable, secure end-to-end technical solutions. You bridge Business, Architecture and Engineering to ensure coherence across systems, data flows and integrations. You guide feasibility, design and governance throughout initiatives, collaborating with product owners and engineers to drive successful delivery. You will shape integration patterns, APIs and data interactions, aligning with security and resilience requirements. This role offers impact across complex landscapes within a global bank and a culture focused on innovation and growth.

Responsabilità

- Analyse business requirements, Epics and User Stories; support shaping and feasibility activities; assess impact across applications, services and processes; ensure traceability between requirements and implementation
- Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture; define integration patterns, APIs,



data flows and system interactions; produce solution documentation and specifications; ensure security, resilience and operational compliance
- Support backlog refinement and user story decomposition; collaborate with development teams during implementation; drive technical decisions and design reviews; support testing, deployment and production readiness
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers and Business stakeholders; manage technical dependencies across squads and domains; facilitate workshops and solution alignment sessions; communicate risks and constraints
- Promote engineering excellence and best practices; ensure alignment with architecture, security and compliance standards; contribute to continuous improvement; support operational stability and problem resolution

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- At least 6 years of experience in the role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
