ppStellantis is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission: to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions. /ppOur Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate. /ppWe are looking for a Supervisor. /ppThe Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program ensuring the respects of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment standards. /pulliLead the team to meet daily production targets in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Environmental goals, /liliEnsure compliance with Health Safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and support audit activities, /liliManage team presence, resource allocation, training, and overall workforce engagement, /liliPromote a positive and inclusive work environment and support skill development for Team Leaders and Team Members, /liliEnsure adherence to standardized work, manage defects, and drive corrective actions, /liliMonitor performance indicators, analyze losses, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., OPE, JIT), /liliOversee machinery performance and support Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance activities, /liliCoordinate product and process changes, ensuring proper documentation and operator training, /liliLead or contribute to problem‑solving initiatives and support Stellantis Production System (SIS) methodologies.



/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliKnowledge of foundry process, and in particular gravity die casting, will be considered a preferred qualification; /liliDegree in Engineering; /liliPrevious experience as production supervisor in complex industrial context (6-10 years); /liliPrevious experience as a supervisor in foundry plants will be considered a preferred qualification; /liliEnglish knowledge (minimum B2 level); /liliKnowledge of excel, powerpoint; /liliA proactive and motivated leader with strong problem‑solving skills; /liliEffective communicator with the ability to coach and engage teams; /liliCommitted to continuous improvement; /liliComfortable working in fast‑paced and complex industrial environments. /li /ulh3Offer /h3ulliSalary range: from 36 K€ to 41 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
