Offer Description
The objective of the project is to develop technologies and systems for agricultural robotics in order to enhance the competitiveness of the companies participating in the project. The project will involve the conception, design, and development of new components and prototypes of robotic machines and/or highly automated machinery.

The project includes the development of robots capable of operating autonomously in the horticulture sector and in tree crop production, with particular emphasis on viticulture and hazelnut cultivation. In parallel,
new perception systems will be developed and tested using high-resolution RGB, multispectral, and hyperspectral cameras. xysqume
Particular attention will also be devoted to regulatory compliance and certification aspects (e.g., UNI/ISO standards, the Machinery Directive and Machinery Regulation), with a specific focus on the safe deployment and operation of autonomous machines in agricultural environments.
Mandatory requirement for admission to the selection: italian Laurea Magistrale, or Laurea a Ciclo Unico, or an equivalent degree from foreign Universities, obtained no more than 6 years prior to the application deadline (i.e obtained after 13/10/2020).
