The role manages the technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support of utility-scale BESS projects.Key Responsibilities1. Project Handover from Sales / PresalesTake ownership of projects after commercial contract closure.Review project scope including:System designGrid requirementsPerformance guaranteesProject schedulesAlign with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy.2. Project Execution DeliveryManage the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects.Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards.Manage project risks and coordinate issue resolution.3.
Commissioning Grid IntegrationOversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including:System energizationGrid compliance testingPerformance testingWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration.Ensure successful handover to operations.4. Operations Support Service ManagementCoordinate post-commissioning support and service activities.Manage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance.Monitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed.Interface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics.5.
