Overview

In this role you will lead the medical strategy for the Neuroscience portfolio in Italy, shaping scientific engagement and evidence generation. You will partner with healthcare professionals, investigators and patient groups to align on unmet needs and improvements in patient outcomes. You’ll drive real-world and clinical research efforts and lead high-integrity scientific communications. This role offers the chance to influence launches and collaborate across global teams, contributing to patient-centered neuroscience innovations.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for assigned products and disease areas
- Build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, scientific societies and patient organizations
- Translate external insights and unmet medical needs into actions to strengthen medical strategy and patient outcomes
- Drive evidence-generation initiatives including clinical research, real-world evidence programs and investigator-sponsored studies




- Lead scientific communication, medical education and publication activities ensuring scientific integrity and compliance
- Partner across functions and geographies to support current and future launches within the Neuroscience portfolio

Requisiti fondamentali

- Medical degree or advanced scientific degree
- 5+ years experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Neuroscience, preferably autoimmune neurological diseases or related areas
- Experience supporting products through lifecycle including launch preparation
- Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation and scientific engagement
- Strategic mindset with stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate in a complex matrix organization
- Fluency in English and commitment to ethical leadership and patient centricity
