Overview

In this role you will build and lead co-marketing partnerships for Italy, driving cross-brand campaigns and merchant programs. You’ll work closely with Sales and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable ROI, including BNPL-focused initiatives. You’ll shape channel marketing strategies, mentor junior teammates, and coordinate across functions to align with PayPal’s business goals. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results.

Responsabilità

- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
- Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in partnership marketing or commercial roles
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent presenter and communicator
- Results-driven with a test-and-learn mentality
- Autonomous and proactive in proposing ideas and initiatives
- Collaborative and able to work across international teams
