Role: Senior Sales Assistant

Key Requirements:

- The ideal resource, with at least 3 years of experience gained in international sales and customer service contexts
- He has a good knowledge of the English language, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

The main tasks include:

- Assistance in the sale of mens/womens/childrens products
- Cash transactions
- Planning of work to achieve the assigned budgets
- After-sales assistance and follow-up activities with customers
- Active search for new customers
- Collecting and sharing feedback to management on products and customer needs

Essential features:

- At least 3 years of experience in the sales industry
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered an added value.

Place of work: Milan (MI)

Type of contract: Full-time, fixed-term.
