Verifichi di possedere le competenze necessarie prima di inviare la candidatura.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESManage and prioritize the CHRO's calendar, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with strategic prioritiesPrepare, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, including documentation of key outcomes and action trackingAct as a central point of coordination between the CHRO, HR teams, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate and support cross-functional HR projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achievedMaintain oversight of ongoing HR initiatives, identify dependencies, and proactively support project executionWork closely with HR stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standardsContribute to the optimization of HR processes and initiatives through structured analysis and stakeholder collaborationYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a related fieldPrevious professional experience in project coordination, executive support, HR operations,
