Achieve extraordinary things when you join our team, and make a difference in your professional development, the community, and around the globe!Position OverviewThe Senior Sustainability Engineer - Chemical Process, BPEMEA focuses on achieving Energy KPI goals (namely - water) through auditing, standardization and implementation of best practices for efficient Water/Chemical/waste water and waste management processes.Key Responsibilities IncludeIdentified as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to can washers, Front end lubricating Systems, chemical proceses that are either used or have the potential of being used in a can-making plantUnderstands / Implements the Global Standards that lead to the best-in-class Water and Waste-GenerationSupports Global Sustainability Engineering stakeholders in the pursuit and adoption of best-in-class Water and Waste-Generation Global StandardsTrains BPAMEA Plant Employees on process steps and best practices with regards to the efficient use of Water and Waste-GenerationDemonstrates strong knowledge and utilization of Lean Six Sigma in all phases of the implementation of Water and Waste-Generation Global StandardsDevelops / Plans capital projects that support the implementation of Water and Waste-Generation Global StandardsConverts guidance and data from Global Sustainability Engineering into Strategy and Action Plans for the BPAMEA regionCollaborates with supply base to identify new sustainability technologies; feeding new informationto the Global Sustainability Engineering group for consideration in the Global StandardsWhat are we looking for?Working knowledge of Basic ChemistryUniversity Degree in Chemical Engineering - preferredJob related experience for minimum 6 year’s experience in Chemical Process operations in can manufacturing or related fieldMinimum 2 year’s experience in related Supervisory role leading Chemical process in can manufacturing or related fieldDemonstrated skill in Chemical process operations, Washers control and optimization and in Waste water treatment plantsWilling and able to travel 50% to 70% of working time.Fluent written and spoken EnglishWork Environment:This position based in France supports central functions and offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to job requirements and manager approval.Hiring Range€47,250 – €68,040 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range. The salary range is provided for candidates from primary location country. For other locations,
