Overview
In this role you will partner with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain and regional teams to provide financial visibility on inventory performance. You will develop standardized reporting, design new analyses, and drive automation to support stock efficiency and financial targets. You will lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and deliver actionable insights to shape inventory decisions in a luxury house setting. Responsabilità
- Develop, maintain and standardize inventory reporting across analyses and outputs
- Design and implement new analyses and reporting solutions based on management needs
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage timelines for new inventory analyses and reports
- Act as Project Manager for inventory reporting automation initiatives
- Prepare, update and consolidate periodic inventory reporting; analyze variances and drivers
- Monitor inventory quality KPIs (aging, coverage, slow movers)
- Monitor Non-Covered Orders (NCO)
inventory and align actions with stakeholders
- Oversee inventory leftover lifecycle, analyze markdowns and allocation
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on sell-through, stock coverage and inventory exposure
- Coordinate and monitor global and regional inventory reduction initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Finance or similar analytical roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Good understanding of inventory dynamics and KPIs (aging, coverage, sell-through, slow movers)
- Experience in reporting and performance analysis
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
