Overview

As a Process Engineer at 3M Italy Marcallo Plant, you will join the Electrical Market Division to optimize production processes and drive cost efficiency. You will work with a cross-functional team to improve machines, material flows, and production design changes, while advancing safety and sustainability initiatives. You will also train operators on SOPs and support continuous improvement projects across functions. This role offers meaningful impact by reducing costs, enhancing product competitiveness, and promoting a safety-first culture. You will be empowered to bring fresh ideas and collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex production challenges.

Responsabilità

- Lead and support projects within the extended cross-functional EMD team (R&D; Lab, Business Supply Chain, Sourcing) to improve processes, machines, and material flows for cost reduction.




- Support Production in Continuous Improvement projects and train operators on best practices and SOPs.
- Determine optimal technical solutions for production product design changes requested by customers.
- Collaborate with the EHS team to identify practical solutions that reduce waste and emissions and promote Behavioral Safety Culture.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Engineering Degree
- Fluent Italian and English
- Outcome-based thinking and evidence of monitoring results
