Manager Sales Operations Direct Service Flat ProductsYOU ACTDevelop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for flat product rolling (hot/cold)Identify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering supportPrepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departmentsEvaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing,
and supplier management teamsDraft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotationsOversee and coordinate order execution, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracyCollect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestonesMaintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systemsProvide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needsYOU KNOWDegree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Mechanical)Previous experience in technical-commercial back-office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments xysqume Mandatory: Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)Preferred: Proficiency in an additional languageProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience of SAP S/4HANA is considered a plusWE CONVINCEThe gross annual salary for the position will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, such as the skills required, the responsibilities involved, the level of autonomy, and the complexity of the role.Manager Sales & Operations Direct Service Flat Productssan donato milanese, lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
