Assistant Sales Business Improvement & Support ManagerLegga la panoramica di questa possibilità per capire quali competenze sono richieste, incluse le soft skill pertinenti e la padronanza di pacchetti software.About the Role:To keep the core sales data systems (Newspage, SFA, DMS, PBI, etc.) running properly and their data trustworthy, so that the sales team can have reliable reports, dashboards and data support for its daily operation.Keep core sales data systems operating smoothly as the business interface to operational teamKeep master data accurate, consistent and compliantDeliver regular reports and dashboards on time, and respond to ad-hoc data requestsBuild and maintain SOPs and master data standards, and provide training to the stakeholdersProvide a solid data foundation to support fact-based analysis and decision-making for the ManagementMain Responsibilities:Act as the BIS business contact to the operation team, ensure stable running of the systemsLog requirements and incidents, file tickets, track to closure and confirm resolutionCoordinate system version upgrades, user access and permission managementDrive data capture standards on the system side, align front-end input quality with back-end reporting needsReporting (20%)Prepare and publish daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly reports on scheduleMaintain and continuously improve report templatesFlag abnormal data and definition conflicts to BIS Team Leader during report preparationSOP Management and Training (20%)Establish and maintain SOPs for data extraction, report publication, request handling, data correction and master data managementDefine owners, lead-time and delivery standards for each stepReview process efficiency and drive optimization on regular basisMaster Data Governance (20%)Execute and maintain master data standards and entry rulesRun quality checks and cleansing, investigate abnormal issues and drive correction to closureEnsure data accuracy,



consistency and compliance as the foundation of all data workData Support, Analysis & Business Insight (15%)Respond to ad-hoc data requests and customized reporting needs from stakeholdersPrepare and validate data for management and business review materialsClarify data definition and calculation logicOther tasks assigned by line manager or companyAbout You:Basic sales knowledge such as sell-in / sell-out, inventory, channel data, etc.; Hands-on experience in master data management or in coordinating IT/vendors on system operates; Advanced onExcel (pivot table, nested formulas, Power Query, etc.), PPT and other MS Office tools; Proficient in at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Fine BI) for maintaining existing dashboards; Detail-focused, strong ownership for report timeliness and data accuracy; Proactive, self-driven, result-oriented to follow through tasks till final settlement; Solid workflow and compliance mindset with good documentation habit; Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Patient andclear communication to field sales team; Language:What We Offer:Careers with caring built in - discover our benefits here .About Ferrero:Ferrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
