A qualified candidate must possess the following:
1. Basic computer skills, and clerical or administrative work experience which indicates the ability to perform the duties as described above.
2. Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and other software as required. Must be able to type 40 wpm.
3. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation and composition techniques needed to accurately type a variety of material fromwritten sources or voice recordings.
4. Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
