About us: Mavel Edt is a company specialized in the design and manufacture of electric motors and inverters for mobility.
Purpose:
Mavel Edt has started a process of reorganization and international expansion that provides for the development of the Group.
We are looking for a JUNIOR ANALYST to join the Finance Department, who will actively contribute to improving company processes.
Position:
Reporting directly to Management (CEO/GM), the successful candidate will play an important role in management control, corporate finance and treasury.
Key responsibilities:
· Reporting and sharing activities with the Chinese parent company;
· Preparing periodic reports on costs, revenues, margins, and financial KPIs for management;
· Supporting the monthly and quarterly closing processes (financial statements, account reconciliations, monitoring of variances between budget and actual results);
· Contributing to the budgeting process by collecting data from the various departments;
· Analyzing financial data in Excel to identify trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement;
· Support the analysis of investments or projects;
· Contribute to treasury management:
monitoring cash flows and payment deadlines.
Requirements:
· Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar;
· Good knowledge of advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and complex formulas)
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles;
· Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus;
· Accuracy, analytical skills, aptitude for problem-solving;
· Experience, even if brief, in finance/management control.
We offer
· Direct hiring by the company with a permanent contract, full-time, 40 hours per week;
· Salary approximately between €30,000 and €40,000;
· Meal vouchers;
· Availability of an apartment for rent in Ivrea.
