The resource supports the development, evolution, and competitiveness of IFM products in the field of automation, control, and digital solutions systems. The role acts as an interface between the market, engineering, operations, and service, contributing to ensuring that products are competitive, scalable, and integrable into complex energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and consolidate product requirements based on market and customer needs;
- Support the Product Manager in developing the roadmap and value proposition;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, cost, and time-to-market;
- Support the development and integration of systems for:
- engine control
- power management
- hybrid systems (e.g., fuel cells, BESS, microgrid)
- Analyze market and competitors, identifying differentiation opportunities;
- Collaborate with R&D;, operations, and service for product development and improvement;
- Support sales and project management in defining technical solutions;
- Contribute to product lifecycle management (releases, updates, phase-out);
- Ensure the availability and quality of technical and commercial documentation.
Requisiti
- Support system integration initiatives including industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, CAN, etc.), edge-to-cloud architectures, and interfacing with digital platforms;
- Contribute to the definition of modular, scalable, resilient, and secure architectures (cybersecurity and functional safety);
- Ability to analyze market and customer requirements with a product and value-oriented approach;
- Strong communication, collaboration, proactivity, and problem-solving skills;
- Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Energy or similar);
- Good knowledge of English for technical and professional contexts.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital systems, remote monitoring, and condition-based maintenance methodologies;
- Experience in marine or power generation sectors;
- Basic knowledge of industrial protocols and system integration.

- Gross annual salary between €33,000 and €44,000;
