Overview

In this role you will administer and sustain Windows Server environments and related enterprise services to support secure Navy missions in Naples. You will monitor operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance to ensure high availability. You’ll implement security updates and IA guidance while maintaining SQL databases and supporting global operations. Travel may be required to support Navy commands, contributing to mission-critical IT infrastructure in a defense context.

Responsabilità

- Administer and manage advanced Windows Server environments and Microsoft enterprise services
- Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues affecting servers, applications, and OS
- Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization
- Troubleshoot complex Windows Server issues
- Research, document, and recommend new system technologies and improvements
- Review and implement IAVAs and IAVBs
- Install, configure, secure,



maintain, document, troubleshoot, and administer SQL databases
- Support secure, resilient Windows infrastructure environments
- Travel may be required to support other Navy commands (CONUS/OCONUS)

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 5+ years
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification
- Active Windows Server OS certification
- Extensive experience administering enterprise Windows environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Azure, RDS, VMware, Omnissa, desktop management, Windows Server services)
- Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal/communication skills
