Role: Senior Sales AssistantKey Requirements:The ideal resource, with at least 3 years of experience gained in international sales and customer service contextsHe has a good knowledge of the English language, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.Key Responsibilities:The main tasks include:Assistance in the sale of men's/women's/children's productsCash transactionsPlanning of work to achieve the assigned budgetsAfter-sales assistance and follow-up activities with customersActive search for new customersCollecting and sharing feedback to management on products and customer needsEssential features:At least 3 years of experience in the sales industryGood knowledge of the English languageStrong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skillsStrong customer and results orientationAvailability to work on weekends and holidaysKnowledge of a second language will be considered an added value.Place of work: Milan (MI)Type of contract: Full-time, fixed-term.
