PE Global Recruitment are currently working with Europe's leading data centre delivery partner to recruit an MEP Project Lead to join the team in Milan. This is a tempo completo, permanent opportunity. The Company: This organisation is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in the sector. They are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 7 different European Countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. Responsibilities - Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers - Proposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion - Display commercial astuteness - Monitor construction,



regarding quality of workmanship and materials - Coordinate and liaise with contracts manager, site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information - Check and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner - Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team - Oversee highest quality of health and safety Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant area - Strong knowledge of procurement - Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing - Experience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential - Experience in the delivery in Data Centre MEP projects - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
