Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns related to biotechnological products and services.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, product availability, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge about the company's biotechnology products and advancements in the field.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous service improvement.

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in biotechnology and willingness to learn about the products and industry trends.
