In this Global Product Management role, you drive the profitable growth and lifecycle management of the SFC portfolio for target markets. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap, prioritize development, and define value propositions for segments and channels. The position emphasizes market intelligence, lifecycle optimization, and cross-geo coordination to support sustainable grid modernization. You will influence R&D; through IP protection and contribute to strategic marketing and product launches.

Responsabilità

- Own the product lifecycle for hardware and software within the SFC portfolio
- Lead market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap including new developments and phase-outs
- Prioritize and oversee product development with cross-functional teams




- Define value propositions per segment and channel for marketing and launches
- Improve product management processes and tools (configurators, training, lifecycle management)
- Drive cross-functional innovation and contribute to IP protection with R&D;

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, management, or technology in a tech-driven organization
- Proven ability to influence and work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development
- Familiarity with the medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of fluency in English
