pstrongJOB SUMMARY /strong /ppThe Product Quality Engineer acts as the vital link between field performance and product evolution. The role leverages real-world data, lessons learned, customer feedback, warranty information, and reliability analysis to improve product quality, manufacturing performance, and future product designs. The position leads structured problem-solving activities, drives robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensures corrective actions are effectively implemented to improve customer satisfaction and product reliability. /ppbrTutti i candidati sono invitati a leggere attentamente la seguente descrizione del lavoro e le relative informazioni prima di candidarsi.br/ppstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /strong /pulliAnalyze field, warranty, and customer quality data to identify performance trends, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities. /liliLead and facilitate 8D investigations for customer complaints, field failures, warranty claims, and recurring quality issues. /liliDrive robust Root Cause Analysis utilizing 5 Why, Fishbone, Is/Is Not, Fault Tree Analysis, Kepner-Tregoe, and other structured methodologies. /liliCoordinate containment, correction, corrective action, and preventive action activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Service. /liliValidate root causes through testing, inspection, statistical analysis, and engineering evidence. /liliVerify effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure sustainable implementation. /liliInterface with factories to drive manufacturing improvements and deployment of lessons learned. /liliProvide quality and reliability inputs into DVT, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and product development activities. /liliDefine and lead Product Quality Plans including EOL testing and validation requirements. /liliMonitor prototype builds, participate in approval processes, and report results. /liliPartner with Supplier Quality Engineering and Procurement to improve supplier performance and reliability. /liliSupport development of quality processes, inspection plans,



and Critical-to-Quality controls. /liliCollect, analyze, and report quality, reliability, warranty, and performance metrics. /liliLead reliability and field quality reviews and deploy lessons learned across the organization. /liliSupport End-to-End quality improvement projects. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongREQUIRED SKILLS /strong /pulliAdvanced knowledge of 8D Problem Solving and CAPA methodologies. /liliStrong Root Cause Analysis skills using 5 Why, Fishbone, Is/Is Not, Fault Tree Analysis, and evidence-based investigation techniques. /liliExperience leading cross-functional investigations involving Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Service teams. /liliStrong analytical and statistical problem-solving capability. /liliWorking knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and process capability tools. /liliExperience using warranty, reliability, and field performance data to drive improvements. /liliAbility to communicate effectively with all organizational levels. /liliGood English language skills. /liliKnowledge of refrigeration, thermal management, HVAC, or related technologies preferred. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality Engineering, or related technical field. /lili5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, or related functions. /lili3+ years of experience leading RCA, 8D investigations, and corrective action activities in a manufacturing environment. /liliExperience working within ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems. /liliExperience working in cross-functional teams. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /strong /pulli7+ years of quality, reliability, manufacturing, or product engineering experience. /liliSix Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, ASQ CQE, or equivalent certification. /liliExperience with customer complaints, warranty analysis, and field reliability improvement programs. xjncmbx /liliExperience within HVAC, thermal management, refrigeration, electromechanical equipment, or related industries. /li /ul
