Employment Type: ContractContract period: 12 monthsLocation: Italy (remote)As a CREATIVE PRODUCER, you will be responsible in:Role responsibilities:- Support the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providingdocumentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether togreenlight the project- If the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / eventmanagement and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact- Manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings,budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met.- Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipatingroadblocks, resolving issues,



managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required.- Lead production of event-related creative assets / artefacts- Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams withinGoogle, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendorsetc.- Ensure the effectiveness of the Lab’s thought leadership program by conductingpost-project reporting.Important notice:Aceolution Inc. will never request a monetary deposit for any role or project with the company, and our recruitment and sourcing teams only use @aceolution.Com address when emailing candidates.
