We are seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Rome. In this role, you will support the planning, forecasting, and reporting activities of the business, providing insightful analysis and contributing to strategic decision-making through accurate financial information and performance monitoring.Activities & ResponsibilitiesSupporting monthly variance analysis and preparation of accruals and journal entries in collaboration with Shared Finance teamsConsolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends across KPIs, budgets, and forecastsSupporting the FP&A Manager in performance analysis and developing recommendations for Finance Business Partners and leadership teamsEnhancing data governance by improving the quality, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting and analysisRunning simulations and "what-if" scenarios to evaluate business opportunities and support decision-makingAssisting in the development and maintenance of forecasting modelsSupporting forecasting and budgeting processes through the provision of timely and accurate informationPreparing Forecast and Budget reports for leadership teamsProducing routine and ad-hoc financial models to support business decisionsPromoting the sharing of best practices across Finance teamsSupporting automation initiatives and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reporting toolsAssisting with SOX controls, compliance activities, and audit requestsQualificationsWe are looking for someone analytical, curious, and business-oriented,
