Overview
In this role you enable the Digital Pathology commercial team by combining technical expertise with consultative selling. You will design IT ecosystem solutions, lead discovery and design workshops, and demonstrate AI-enabled pathology tools to healthcare organizations. You’ll drive adoption across pathology, informatics, and IT stakeholders, contributing to digital and computational pathology workflows that improve cancer diagnostics and patient care. Remote in Italy, with travel to meet customers and events, you join a mission-driven team shaping diagnostic excellence.

Responsabilità
- Lead customer discovery sessions and workflow assessments
- Design and present IT solution architectures for digital pathology ecosystems
- Demonstrate AI-enabled diagnostic solutions and imaging workflows
- Partner with Sales Specialists to advance opportunities and articulate value propositions
- Provide pre- and post-sales subject matter expertise on hardware, software, and clinical applications
- Support customer adoption and acceptance of Leica solutions across stakeholders
- Influence pathology, laboratory operations, informatics, and healthcare IT teams
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to diverse audiences
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in science or related field
- Experience in healthcare IT environments and systems integration
- Knowledge of digital pathology, medical imaging, diagnostics, healthcare IT, and interoperability with LIS (DICOM, HL7)
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Experience in solution selling, technical consulting, applications support, or solution architecture
- Willingness to travel up to 80% with valid driver's license
- Ability to engage stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT domains
