Sidel, a global leader in packaging solutions, is looking for a Welding Operator to join the Final Assembly & Testing team at our Verona plant.The role aims to support welding activities for frames and aseptic piping of Tunnel and Aseptic Skid machines, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Reporting to the production leadership team, you will contribute to welding activities for frames and aseptic piping, working closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure reliable delivery and high manufacturing standards. Your Missions
- Prepare and position components for welding activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
- Perform MIG, MAG, and TIG welding on stainless steel materials (304L and 316), contributing to high-quality assembly outcomes.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation to support efficient production processes.
- Carry out visual inspections and self-checks to maintain quality standards and identify any technical deviations.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to manage materials, tools, and workflow priorities effectively.
- Promote a safe, organized, and clean working environment aligned with Sidel's operational excellence mindset.
