In this role you will coordinate BIM activities across project phases, ensuring design quality and on-time customer deliveries. You will work with internal and external teams to manage permits, reports, and scheduling using the ACC platform. You’ll engage with discipline managers to keep the project on track and foster strong collaborations on site with cross-functional teams. This position offers the chance to shape complex projects and deliver sustainable solutions in Milan area.Coordinate activities in a BIM environment and provide inputs on the ACC platformEnsure official customer deliveriesHold periodic review of external consultants' work and manage invoicesCoordinate permitting activities and specialist consultancy for building permits (environmental permits a plus)Prepare summary reports for project phases for managementPlan, verify,



and control execution times for Arcadis teams and external suppliersCollaborate with field staff and colleagues to anticipate and resolve project issuesWork with multidisciplinary managers to maintain a cohesive team and enhance individual contributionsAt least 10 years of experience in related fieldsDegree in Mechanical, Civil/Building Engineering or related sectorExcellent English (C1) and good Italian (B1)Strong knowledge of Italian construction regulations xysqume and legislationProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (Autodesk) and ACC work platformAbility to travel autonomouslyMEP and firefighting disciplines knowledge is a plusConstruction management experience in Data Center is a plusKnowledge of project management procedures is a plusFrequent site presencecross-functional teamworkproblem solvingAutoCADRevit (Autodesk)#J-18808-Ljbffr
