What You'll Do

- Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email

- Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics

- Handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems

What You Need

- Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)

- Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability

- Customer-focused attitude (cross-selling experience is a plus)
