In this role you will define the global indirect procurement strategy and lead a multinational team to drive cost efficiency across the organization. You will align policies with internal stakeholders and manage demand and supplier relationships to smooth the procurement process. - Design and improve indirect procurement policies and procedures
- Align and deploy strategy, policies, and procedures with internal stakeholders
- Forecast demand for goods and services and identify purchase sources
- Manage relationships with internal strategic stakeholders to ensure proactive involvement
- Support business owners in external stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth procurement
- Lead, motivate, and develop the global indirect purchasing team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related fields
- Fluent xysqume Italian and English (written and spoken)
- 10 years of experience in Purchasing with at least 5 years in leadership in multinational organizations
- Results orientation
- Policy design for purchasing
- Market analysis and supplier risk assessment
- Big data analysis and reporting for procurement decisions
