ppThe Quality Plant Engineering leader is the link between the manufacturing and the engineering. /p pHe/She leads the quality plant engineering team in charge of his/her perimeter. /p pOn his/her meta function perimeter, in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction including warranty results in field and the plant efficiency, he/she leads the supplier quality, the plant quality convergence and manages the product/process evolutions in serial life. /p h3Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering field; /li liExperience (minimum 3-5 years) as quality engineer in a complex industrial context; /li liGood knowledge of excel, powerpoint; /li liProblem solving mindset; /li liContinuous improvement orientation; /li liCritical thinking, analytical skills,



and rigor; /li liAbility to promote a quality oriented mindset within the plant; /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with other teams across the Plant /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
